How do I advance filter around 200 values out of around 10000 values?

So I've got a list of part numbers and I need to display certain ones, this will take too long to do manually and I need a quick way of doing it, the ones that I want to display are listed in a separate column. What way do I go about doing this?

It's difficult to say without seeing your workbook - the yellow banner at the top of the screen gives details of how to attach a workbook.

Generally, I would say that you could use a helper column with a formula to indicate (via a yes/no) which records that you want to display and then filter on that column. The formula could use COUNTIF to see if the item exists in your separate list.
