How to Lookup Candidate Status Based on Two Criteria

Hi

i need some help, i have a task at work that i am required to pull over the candidate status over to a new sheet, i was originally using a vlookup function on the email address and pulling over the status. i now have a issue where the candadate can now apply for more than one job reference

so when i use vlook up it only pulls over the 1st status for that candadate - how do i get is so it checks for the job ref and email and then pull over the status
