    Welcome to the forum.

    You will first need to set up a lookup list telling Excel which machines the part numbers match to. Excel is not capable of simulating your human logic without rules.

    As I said, you need to create a lookup list with all machines with the part numbers they use. I can't do this for you.

    Without a list to refer to, Excel cannot know which machines to match to the part number, and nor can I.
