Copy Spreadsheet Data on Specific Date

Hi All, I hope you can help me.

I would like to copy formula driven spreadsheet data on a specific date - let's say on the 1st of every month. Essentially, I want to be able to copy and paste just the values.

I have Googled every keyword phrase I can think of but don't understand if this can be done, perhaps using VBA or something like that?

Any help or even a nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
