When I select a Row or a Column and press Alt I, my monitor shuts down and I have to restart it.
This happens whether on my laptops (2) or my desktop (only 1 of those).
Any solutions?
Thanks,
Rod

Your monitor shuts down? I have never heard of software causing a monitor to shut down. Honestly that doesn't make sense. Do you mean the computer shuts down, or Excel shuts down, or something else shuts down?
When I select a row or column and press ATL+I nothing happens, except I get a message to complete a key sequence from an earlier version of Excel. I use CTRL++ to insert a row or column (CTRL+SHIFT+=).
Does it matter what Excel file you are using when this happens, or does it happen for all Excel files?
