Macro no longer working after win11 update

Hi

I have been using Office pro 2003 with macro xl2qif without a problem until a recent windows 11 update and now I cannot get the macro to work/show
tried macro security setting, internet security setting etc it still doesnt enable

will be a win11 security thing but how to enable it?

You might try repair office. If it still misbehaves, do you get an error message of any sort? Does it just quit w/o any feedback?

You mention you cannot get the macro to work/show. The macro doesn't "show". Splain it to me. . .thanks.

I think its a MS certification thing
It works ok on a win7 laptop and did on win11 until recently.
The macro puts a menu link next to Help usually but its not allowing any of it, try and eneble it and excel closes
