Creating a Pop-Up Window with Table

I think I've seen this done before, but I don't know how to go about doing it, if it's even possible.

I have a sheet with about 200 rows on it, however there is a small Table (3 columns x 25 rows) that I would like to have "Floating" on my screen, which wouldn't be affected by my scrolling up and down on the main worksheet.

I know how to select the table, and Copy as Picture, and get it to float, and even know how to keep it Dynamic, but unfortunately, I can't figure out how to keep it on my screen while I scroll up and down.

    Ideas?

The Camera or "Copy as Picture" is more like I want, but as I said, the big problem is that I want it to stay fixed on my screen. Unfortunately, when I scroll up and down, the table scrolls with it. I want to keep it visible as if it was a separate window.

Re: Creating a Pop-Up Window with Table

I would like to select a table, 3 columns by 25 rows, with formatting, exactly like the "Copy As Picture" feature, but I want it to float, not stay in a fixed position on the sheet.

I think the issue is that I already have the METHOD on how to get the data I want. What I'm really looking for is a way to get that data -- or ANY object/picture for that matter -- to float instead of be in a fixed location, so it will not scroll off the page.
