Need help with formulas related to months and numbers.

Please help, so i want that the part with numbers is red so that it can be automatically filled in with the data table on the left side on this sheet. If it has passed the billing month, then the bill will disappear in the following month.

the numbers in december come from the total of all the numbers in the payment column.
the numbers in January are from the numbers 159,167 + 229,167, because the ones in December have been paid

may i ask something again? why if I add new data in December, the bill that should be in December 2022 is lost?

If you desire to show December month, then change the cell J11 to Dec 2022.
