Attachment with mailto hyperlink

Hi guys,
I am trying to attached a word document to my mailto hyperlink and for the life of me cannot figure it out. Please help.

Currently this is my formula =HYPERLINK("mailto:"&F67&"?subject="&H67&"&body="&I67,"SEND")
