Cant perform an operation on a cell built from character concatenation

Hello

Given 2 column, first contain the column part of cell reference the second contain the rown number.
How to concate the two part that could perfrom an operation on a cell reference formed by a string

A|B|C....................H
1H|5|0
2C|6
.
.
5............................60
Desired result like =A1&B2*2=120
Because should perform =H5*2 and get result H12, I sould force convert it to cell reference than perform the operation
