    Conditional Format - Date comparison

    I want to compare 2 arrays of dates, and Conditionally Format the dates.

    If any of the dates in C16:C24 are the same as or earlier as the corresponding dates in C3:C11, I want the cell to turn green. I can complete the CF for a single cell, but not sure how to apply it to multiple arrays - C16:C24 compares C3:C11, F16:F24 compares F3:F11 etc.
