Number format (text with number in millions)

Hi there

Im having some logic issue

trying to make the following statement:

Revenue ($0.7M)

im using this formula, but cant seem to get the logic correct, M33 contains the number

="Revenue "&TEXT(M33,"$#,##0.00,,"M"")

can someone assist with what im doing incorrect? thxs
