    Protect Not Protecting

    All.

I have a document where someone will be entering data but I want to protect the formulas so people don't break it and only the cells that I want to allow them to edit will be editable.

But when I protect, it makes it so no one can edit the cosmetics but they can still delete formulas on all the sheets.

The password is 1445 if you need it but I have protected the sheet and formulas can be deleted or changed.

    Thanks

Before you lock the sheet,- you need to ensure the cell with the formula in locked.

Right click one of the cells with the formula, Ctrl + 1, go to the Protection tab, check Locked.

    Now protect the sheet.
