totaling leaving one row

I have this worksheet in which there are various figures yearly in column and rows with names . What i am trying to do is the sum of the column in row 11 should show the the total
but on a condition.
1) if B2 is ALL then row 11 should show the total amounts less amount shown in row 10, eg in the E column since b2 is ALL the amount to be shown in e 11 should be 9572 and not 10572. and in case B2 is equal to Selfi then the total in E 11 should show only 2644 . ROW11 should reflect the changes in B2 in the respective columin . I can use a n If condition but the formula will be large and the column extends up tO az.
Any Suggestion

or
attach Excel file with representative example with Before data (source) and After (result), what you want to achieve
