One list across multiple columns continuously alphabetized.

Hi all, fairly new to excel so getting used to complexities (and simplicities of excel)

Trying to organize a list of names alphabetically across multiple columns (random data example attached).
So in theory A:1 would be the lowest value (letter A) and B:3 would be the highest value (letter Z)

Just visually it would go from this:
    A B
    1 Target Amazon
    2 Walmart TXDOT
    3 Alibaba Zoom

    to this:

    A B
    1 Alibaba TXDOT
    2 Amazon Walmart
    3 Target Zoom

I believe some kind of index formula would work but cannot figure that part out. Would appreciate any help!
    Thank you!
