Figure in bar chart

I've created a bar chart that automatically adjusts when the data in the table changes.
Now I would like to place a small figure in each bar, which of course follows the bar when it moves to a different position. The figure may be in or just in front of the bar. The bars are horizontal, although that won't be important. The figure may not fill the bar, because then it will change when the bar will be greater.

When you say figure, did you mean the value associated in the table with each chart bar?

Yes, in every bar a different figure. But each figure has to be the same size (every time) No matter how great the bars are....

Yes.
For example: fill in de table with some numbers.
You will see then that de bar chart will change, even put them on another place (depend on the total). So far, so good!

But:
Example 1: I can put a figure in the orange bar, but in my example the figure will change from dimense (if the blue bar becomes larges for example) and won't stay at the same stable. So, that is my problem that I can't solve...
Example 2: the figure will fill the hole (blue) bar...

I changed the second bar series to xy-scatter.

To add the rocket copy a shape, select the xy-scatter series and paste.
