Error when i trying to combine binaries in Power Query

Hi, im im getting error : DataFormat.Error: The input couldn't be recognized as a valid Excel document, details: Binary . when im trying to combine binaries of xlsx files , im attaching 2 sample files , im using office 2016 !

the problem is that these xlsx files each have 2 sheets one named Filter other is named Results , how can i delete the sheet named Filter for all xlsx files that i have ( more than 5000 xlsx files) ? if i do it manually my eyes will dry out

i used ChatGPT to give me code for VBA to remove all sheets named Filter , is it good ?
