copy to 2 different sheets

i have userform that should send to both sheets it sends to sheet1 and sheet repairs but it only goes to row 4 of sheet repairs not sure what ive done any help please

sorry ,its userform 12 that collects from sheet1 and updates sheet1 ,its sending to sheet repairs but only going to row4 and if i enter another does not seem to go anywhere hope this helps

changed the +3 to +1 and now seems to work sends to both sheets , looks up sheet1 ,you can update sheet1 and it writes update to sheet repairs aswell just using save button
