Variance calculation with certain condition applied
I want to find the variance of the data in a column on the basis of the condition applied on some other column.
In the attachment shown, I want to find the variance of salaries from the salary column with the condition applied of age < 35 on the Age column.
I tried ,this formula, =VARPA(IF(Age1:AgeXX < 35, Salary1:SalaryXX))
But it gives me result 0.
Can anyone please share his/her knowledge to help me to find my fault?
