    VLookup or another method?

    Hello,

I have an excel file with two sheets and i need to look up values from sheet 2 and display them in sheet 1 but a simple vlookup will not work as the values in sheet 2 can appear on more than one row and will then need to be added together. Also the data being read into sheet 1 will be displayed under 244 different columns depending on the column header value.

Sheet 1 column F and column G to IP contain the data for a vlookup or other method.
Sheet 2 column F contains the data for a vlookup match from sheet 1.
Sheet 2 column H contains the values which need to be added together where there is a match on more than one row and then displayed in sheet 1 in the correct column.

    Please see attached file.

I'm really stuck with this one.

Appreciate any help, by the way I'm not an excel expert or programmer.

    Thank you.

Thank you very much, I did not think of SUMIFS. Your solution works brilliantly.
