Extracting specific numbers within a cell filled with several numbers

Hi all,

I'm looking to highlight/extract any cell within Column labelled 'numbers from text column' which contains any of the numbers in column labelled 'PO'. Can anyone help with a formula to do this?

If unable to see image, I'm after a formula which will identify/extract specific numbers within a cell which is made up of the specific number and additional numbers either side of the specific number also (I hope that makes sense)
