If you enter anything in a cell that contains values resulting from a dynamic array you will get a spill error.
Post an Excel file showing what you're trying to do.

As I said...
You used the formula in a structured Table. It will not work in a Table.
SPILL formulae spill down, or across, or both. They do not need to be copied.
