Is it possible to autofill "From Data" fields?

So my question is based on if anyone has any experience with having "HTTP request header parameters (optional)" from "From data" fields autofilled?

Could this be done with Excel alone, should I pull up python or just see what possiblites are with API/PostMan?

Thanks for any and all responses!
