I am looking for a formula that checks if the date in column DR is equal to, or greater than March 15, 2023. The values in column DR are from a LOOKUP formula, but can the formula I am looking for use the results in DR?
Thanks

We can't see what is in the feeder columns - is the date presented as text or as a real date?
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook. Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.
A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
