Calculate daily pay

Would anyone be able to help with this please? I want to be able to calculate the daily shift cost of agency employees. Their hourly rate depends on the agency they work for, their grade, the day of the week, the time they started and the time they work, whether its at day or night rate. Any hours worked between 7am and 7:59pm are paid at the day rate, anything 8pm-6:59am is paid at night rate. Their break time is deducted. I've attached a sample spreadsheet with the shifts worked on the first tab and all the agency information on the info tab. Hopefully this has all the information needed but let me know if not.

Any help you can give would be much appreciated

This is not a simple task, you are requiring payroll app, it's not something that can be done with a simple formula.

I imagine that this will require some modification, however I am posting to let you know that this has been worked on.
This proposal employs numerous helper columns (L:W) in addition to the formula in column K which is: =SUM(T4:W4)
