When enter edit mode excel home tab deactivated

Hello,
I'm working on the attached Report I need to change the color of the lines that end with 0 in Red and the ones with numbers in Green but once I enter the edit mode of the cell all options in Home Tap are deactivated; can you please help me to find out why!

It's usual for some options to be unavailable when editing a cell, but I think the reason the font colour is unavailable in this case is because the cell value starts with a -
Try preceding the content with an apostrophe

e.g.

'-KAUÇUK SÜS ETİKET-BLACK-----1929
-YIKAMA 1.SAYFA-BLACK-XS----115
-YIKAMA 2.SAYFA------2004
-KAUÇUK LASTİK 0,8 CM -BLACK-----0
