getting data from another cell

Dear Excel Community,

I have a table with the following columns product number, product name, values, and a value type (magazin, or sold). I want to create table with the following columns: product number, product name, magazin, and sold. I don't know which formula should I choose.

Could you please help me?

First,fix your data A9 3.7-->4, A11 4.5-->5
Second, clean all your expect data.
