Billing Amount for Greater than 12 months contract

    Hi,

My formula is not working for contracts greater than 12 months and hence it is showing the total billed amount (sum G2:AB2) > D2 as shown for Customer B in the attached file.
Ideally, for Customer B- Feb 2023 should have $67,500 and everything else should be Zero. However, my current formula is calculating $67,500 in Feb 2024 also.

Please help me fix the error

Why should Feb 2024 not be calculated? The subscription ends after that date ...

    Explain your logic, please.

Re: Billing Amount for Greater than 12 months contract

Annual is treated as Upfront Payment for the contract value- Since the Contract amount is $67,500 that I billed in Feb 2023, then I should not bill again in Feb 2024

So by annual, you really mean one-off? Annual implies recurrence.
