    Is this possible???

I have an excel workbook that has a master listing in tab 1, which houses information for different Managers.
Is it possible to protect this sheet so that when one of the Managers opens the workbook they can only see their information, but when I open it I can see it all?

Being realistic, probably not, at least not securely. You don't describe the content of the master tab so no clue as to how it is set up or what information is available. Let's say every manager's record(s) have their login ID so they can be identified. Then you could hide the master sheet and use the FILTER function to return their records.

You'd probably need to use VBA to a) get the user ID and b) limit access except for yourself

I guess it is possible. BUT you need to be aware tha Excel is not a secure environment and with a little effort any barriers you put in place can be knocked down. That could be a problem if the information is sensitive.

I agree with TMS. Post a sample copy of your workbook with sample data (perhaps 10 - 15 different Mgrs).
We can begin work on that sample.
