Input data from userform to multiple tables (table issues)

Greetings to all,
Hope you're doing great!

I've been creating a user form so I can post data from userform to multiple tables ( I have 5 companies to put data in)
This is an input user form with combobox so when I select one company from the combobox
I would like to show the last inserted row (serial number) and show that on the first textbox named Serial no
so this needs to be in grey (to not change the data)
then I will enter the number of invoice, date of invoice and sum of invoice
Everything is ok till the second company and data table issues like
it's putting data on the second row (I don't know why?)
and few other issues on the way ..I don't know what to do

I've done most of the job, but stuck here and i'm not going ahead..


I will attach the file so maybe someone can check and help me out!!
