Help with count, unique date/time, within a range ( 1 month )

I would like to count the amount of unique data/time
within a set range of 1 month, or perhaps 30 days to be accurate.
And displaying those data rows within 1 month, 13-Jan to 13-Feb.

Desired range is between 13/1/2023 and 13/2/2023 inclusive.
So it should return; the number of data row with unique date/time
==> 5 data row

And also return; all 8 data rows within range.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
