How can compile data in a desired format?

Hello, I've been having trouble on how to compile data in a more precise format. I have no idea how to explain this in the best way possible so here it goes. I have data that is sectioned by days. Where each day has 3 sets of data sectioned by 4 parameters. The three sections are given by row and the parameters are given by columns. What I am asking is for a way to make both of these into columns, and the days into rows. I have attempted doing the transpose formula but it's not helping. I have attached a sample of what I have and what I need to do. I would greatly appreciate a solution to this.
