move a row to a column

Hi, I have a spreadsheet that has information in 1 column but in different rows. For example:
    Column C
    Row 2 Name
    Row 3 address
    Row 4 city ST zip
    Row 5 Name
    Row 6 address
    Row 7 city st zip

    and so on

Is there anyway to move the address and city st zip to seperate columns with the name of the person on the same row?

    Thank you

Are you still on Excel 2007? If not, please update your profile with your current version as replies do depend on knowing this.

Power Query is a free AddIn for Excel 2010 and 2013, and is built-in functionality from Excel 2016 onwards (where it is referred to as "Get & Transform Data").

It is a powerful yet simple way of getting, changing and using data from a broad variety of sources, creating steps which may be easily repeated and refreshed. I strongly recommend learning how to use Power Query - it's among the most powerful functionalities of Excel.

    Another way for O356.

    =WRAPROWS(FILTER(C2:C100,C2:C100<>""),3,"")
