How to compile multiple excel files in one file/sheet with doing filter in the new file

Hi experts,
I have multiple excel files naming (Appl16Nov and Appl17Nov) have the same columns names only the values different I want to do the following:-
1-to compile it in one file/sheet.
2-In compiled file I want to do the following sequence :-
First, take one day from daily.
Second, than from prot_type column will take one prot type value.
Third, than from sessions column will take average value of this column.
Fourth, than will do filter of sessions column “is greater than or equal to the got it average value in step 3” > = average value.
Finally, from the column TCP_CN_DELAY will take the highest five values and I will write down this values related to which IPs from server_ip column .
3-Repeate the same sequence in 2 for the other days
4- Compare the highest IPs is repeated in other days.
