Formula need for payroll - Vlookup or if

I need a formula for our payroll calculation when an employee has Arrears amount payments the formula should generate his arrears salary as per the mentioned arrears days in the Excel attendance sheet, the manual calculation is employee gross salary divided by 30 days multiplied by arrears days however when the calculation time we have to deduct his housing allowance from gross salary then need to multiple by available gross salary as we are paying housing allowance in full along with the salary.
