Not able to group Options( Active X Radio Button) together on worksheet

I am trying to insert two groups of active x radio buttons together on a worksheet, and placed them on two groups using the group box. But Excel is still not allowing for me to select each option from each group of the two groups of active x radio buttons. The grouping works perfectly fine when I am using the form control radio button, but not working on the activex radio button. Help would be appreciated.

I got it, we have to assign a group name in the properties of the active x radio buttons, ( 1, 2 etc) .
