Extract first and third digits from three-digit number

in 3 digit number as 509 i want separate 1st and 3rd digit only as 59
what is the formula , please help me ASAP

You can use this formula in B1, assuming your data is in A1:

=LEFT(A1)&RIGHT(A1)
