Sample Code :
The user opens the UserForm and completes the various fields. Clicking OK writes the information to the spreadsheet.Please Login or Register to view this content.
Of course you will need to edit the code and the design of the UserForm to conform to your specific needs. Do what you can on your own and when you run into a problem
post your need with the specific question.
Keep in mind you can add as many fields as you need. Changing the design of the UserForm is very simple when using the Visual Basic editor.
Give it a go and learn more about VBA.
