Multiple criteria data transfer matrix

Hi All,

I hope you are all doing all right.

Guys, I am stuck on a formula. I have tried all types of shuffling, but nothing is working. Actually I have an excel document with two tags. One tag is a display tag, kind of "Report Front Page", with two tables (one for HIGHLIGHTS and one for LOWLIGHTS).

The second tag is the "Data Entry" tag with a table. An, on column B of that table has a dropdown menu (HIGHLIGHT/LOWLIGHT) to select which data should be displayed on which table of the the first tag (line after line). Then column C is a Date column. And column D is the data column.

Now, what I want is to display the data entered in column C of tag2 either of two tables of the tag1 depending on two criteria:

1. If HIGHLIGHT is selected from column B of tag2 and the Date of column C of tag2 is equal to the report date on tag1, then return the data from column C of tag2 into HIGHLIGHT table of tag1.
2. If LOWLIGHT is selected from column B of tab2 and the Date of column C of tag2 is equal to the report date on tag1, then return the data from column C of tag2 into LOWLIGHT table of tag1.

Please help. You can look at the formula I tried to enter in both tables and see how you can get it right.
