    Membership List Report of Expired Subscriptions

    Hi,

    I am trying to organize my membership database download. I can see that someone has renewed by manually scanning the list but my real list has 400 members.

    Is there a way to organize the excel worksheet by name and if they are current(paid within the last year) or they have not renewed.

    I am kind of lost. I can pivot by name and get the summary of their membership but cannot figure out how to identify if they are current or not without manually scanning the table.

    The answer that was supplied previously by excelforum was great it took 1013 lines of membership data and gave me an array that has the members who are current, 388.
    This is great but I need to use the array as a vlookup table(or another function or formula) that will let me identify the expired memberships and their last renewal date.

    I know absolutely no nothing about arrays or how this formula works.

    I am so close. Please help.

    With Power Query you can determine which people are current with in the past 365 days

    1. Convert into an Excel table
    2. Add a status column with the formula: =IF([@[Donated At]]>=EDATE(TODAY(),-12),"Current","Expired")
    3. Insert slicer for the status field
