    Creating a formula

    Sample sheet attached.

I would like to create a formula which counts the number of times , the name in column F turns up on in Column B on the matching date and time

So far example I would like count the number of times the name Jason turns up in Column F between 01/01/2024 1700 and 02/02/2024 0800
and so on for every name down the list in Column F

    Thank you !

What Excel product are you using. Windows 10 is your Operating system and doesn't help us provide an optimum solution.

    In G1, copied down:

    =SUMPRODUCT((INT($A$1:$A$58)=E1)*($B$1:$B$58=F1))

    Re: Creating a formula

Thank you for the formula. Does that formula take into account the time ? I would like it only count between the times I have written above. Thanks.
