Participants into multiple classes based on preference

Good day all! I have a bit of a situation I'd appreciate your help with if possible.

I have a group of 100 people. They will be taking classes over the course of a weekend. There will be 30 possible classes to choose from, and participants are asked to rank their top 10 preferred classes.

The classes themselves will occur in 1 of 4 time slots (Friday PM, Saturday AM, Saturday PM, Sunday AM). The classes will already be scheduled for logistical reasons.

Some classes may have 2 sections (e.g., the class may occur on Friday PM and again on Saturday PM). Most classes will only occur once. This will be already be reflected in the schedule.

Some of the classes may have a participant limit. Some may accept any amount of participants.

Is it possible to use Excel to create this schedule instead of doing it manually?
