Combine Cells and add a text

So I have Columns " A" Last names and column " B" First names

I am currently using =B1&" "&A1 in column C

and that gives me First Name Last Name

Now I want to be able to add a Mr/Mrs/Dr in front of the names is there a way to do that without making a column for the Mr. and Mrs

edit: I want to be able to type in the Mr/Mrs/Dr myself in the cell with the formula

No, you can't do it automatically - how would Excel know what to choose?

How can excel decide on the gender of the individual, or their graduate status? Please upload a small (10 rows) sample file with fake data for us to play with.

Also NA tells us nothing about the Excel product you are using. Is it Office 365, Excel 2021, 2019.... or what?

will do that, but it is MUCH more trouble than adding another column!!!
