    Having trouble with VLOOKUP

Hello I am working on a personal project to track points for FPL with my own twist (in case you were curious about the context)
    My current setup is this:

My current function for the Bonus column under the 'Liam' row is as follows:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

where column D is the Cap? column, column E is the unique? column, Column F is the Score column and J247:K248 is the separate Cap table, and M247:N248 is the separate Unique table.
As the picture hopefully shows, if both Cap? and Unique? columns are 'Yes' then the desired result is achieved, but the problem I'm having is that if either are 'No' then I get a #N/A error. If required, the Tom and Stan rows of the Bonus column functions are given respectively:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

This is my first post on these forums so apologies if I have presented anything in a trickier way accidentally, and thanks for any help in advance!

    Re: Having trouble with VLOOKUP

You are doing an approximate match, hence the error, try
    Formula: copy to clipboard
