grant permanent access to external files on hard drive [Mac]

Hello.
I have a macro that uses file paths on a worksheet to open image files on my macbook. When opening a file for the first time, excel requests to grant access to that file. See screenshot. Is there an option in excel to grant permanent file access to folders on my laptop?
