Extracting only certain numbers and names from a column of data

Hi, i've pulled some data off the web that was in HTML format and, when pasted into excel, it has all pasted into a single column.

This data consists of whole load of names, numbers and specifically, a set of percentages. I only want the names (paste formatted as General, not Text) and the percentages. The percentages are correctly formatted as percentages.

Is there a quick and easy way to copy, CUT, and paste only the names and percentage numbers into column B?

Essentially what i'm trying to do is quickly extract only the data i need in column A (Names and % LTV's) into Column B, and delete the rest!

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. The sample layout accurately matches that of your real data. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
