Which latest version do you have? Please be SPECIFIC in your profile (it matters).
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.
A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. The sample layout accurately matches that of your real data. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

The Excel version is 2407, build 16.0.17830.20210.
Sample workbook is attached now.
Is this 365? If so, that's the important detail for your profile - please add it.
Assuming 365, paste this into E15 and ENTER:
=LET(u,UNIQUE(B4:B43),g,WRAPROWS(C4:C43,4),HSTACK(u,g))
It is 365.

That formula works.
The issue I have now is that not all parts require 4 gauges. Some require 2,3,4,5, or possibly 6 gauges. Is there a way to set an automatic wrap?
I have uploaded an updated version of the table to show what I mean.
So why did you not provide more realistic data to begin with?

Try this instead:
=LET(u,UNIQUE(B4:B47),HSTACK(u,IFNA(DROP(REDUCE("",u,LAMBDA(x,y,VSTACK(x,TOROW(FILTER(C4:C47,B4:B47=y,""))))),1),"")))
