Power Query - Getting excel files from folder

I have a query that grabs excel files from a folder. It now contains over a 100 files so it takes a long time to update. Is there a way to only grab any new files loaded? I still need all the files loaded from the folder but am hoping there is a way to update only new files? is this possible?

I combine all the excel files into one master file that I then use to create a report page with slicers to show the data from all files matching the filter
