Hello,
In the sample attached, I am using the following formula in column G to check column D for duplicates.
=CHOOSE(MIN(COUNTIF([FORM '#],[@[FORM '#]]),2),"UNIQUE","DUPLICATE")
I need help to have that formula not count 3 different values as a duplicate and instead return a value such as N/A.
I appreciate any help.

Your original formula is more complicated than necessary. I have simplified it and added the extra condition.

Are the values that you really want to use in your production version TEST 1, TEST 2, TEST 3? Or what was just to demo to us what you wanted?
