Question blank pages: what am I doing wrong?

While working on entering data in a two page spread sheet, I unknowingly created dozens of blank pages. What am I doing wrong? When I tried to
insert a new row, the dialog box says to locate last non blank cell, then do
CTRL + end and try to remove blank cells, or else copy data to a new spread sheet. I am a beginner, and can't seem to find the answer in the help or search.

If you want to insert a blank row in the middle of your sheet, try this:

Right click the Row Number (at the far left of the spreadsheet) that is just BELOW where you want to insert. Then click on the work Insert.

To insert more than one row at a time, left click and drag down the number of rows to insert, then rt click and select Insert

Thanks, I know how to insert a row, but I don't know how I created a 1000 extra pages. I thought it was dozens of pages. My husband says it was 56,000 rows, which equals a thousand pages. We couldn't delete them. CTRL + end didn't work.

Can you reproduce this? I don't find any dialog when I insert a row, so I don't know what you did?
